Founded in 1983, Mr. Lin's Restaurant mainly serves fresh sea foods and organic vegetables, such as sponge gourd, white bitter gourd, ash gourd, tomato and cucumber, personally selected by the Managing Director Lin. As Lin is an alumnus of National Suao Marine & Fisheries Vocational High School and was devoted to the fishing profession off the coast of Keelung and Nanfangao, Taiwan for years, he is known for his extraordinary cooking skills in sea foods. Especially, Lin has received high praise for the self-made sausages and fish balls in Taiwanese style which have been distributed in the Greater NY area.

「林宮餐廳」成立於1983年，以各式新鮮海產及生鮮蔬菜料理為主，擁有有機農場生產臺灣絲瓜、白玉苦瓜、冬瓜、蕃茄、青瓜....等等，讓顧客充份享受最新鮮的有機蔬菜，並由林老闆每週親自挑選、採購最新鮮的到港海鮮，由於林老闆本身是宜蘭蘇海事學校畢業從事基隆南方澳捕魚多年，對海鮮料理相當精到，並以自製臺式香腸及魚丸深受好評，分銷大紐約地區。
