餐廳介紹(INTRODUCTION)：

Four branches of Four Sea Restaurant opened in 2002, 2009 and 2013 successively, and the restaurant owner has been devoted to operations personally with family members. Replacing recipes by central kitchen, what’s special about Four Sea Restaurant is that every dish is made fresh to order. The restaurant places orders with CISCO for all ingredients and has already obtained state trademark registrations in 50 states and  federal trademark registration in Hawaii. The restaurant owner once discussed with college professors of Taiwan on internship at Four Sea, showing his willingness to share practical experience with students who have planned to engage in catering business in the future to offer family recipes of Chinese characteristics.

「四海豆漿」從2002、2009、2013前後共計開4家店，由業主與家人親力親為，特色是每家店採現點現做的方式，摒棄中央廚房製作，所有原物料都向美國 CISCO公司進貨，並已取得美國50州及夏威夷州聯邦註冊商標。業主曾與國內大學教授談及引進該校學生來洛杉磯實習，樂意回饋實務經驗心得與從事餐飲業的學子分享，提供最具中式特色的庶民料理。
